Clover Health OTC
The Clover Health OTC benefit is available to members of the Clover PPO Medicare Advantage plans. This benefit provides a quarterly over-the-counter allowance for many commonly purchased items. These items include things such as; cold medications, aspirin, digestive that are purchased most often also include an allowance for frequently used over-the-counter products like aspirin, cold and flu medicines & digestive aids, just to name a few.
Members who are eligible for the OTC benefit save money and these days; every little bit helps.
Starting July 1st 2021, plan members can use their Healthy Benefits OTC card in several new locations. The added locations to use your Clover Health OTC benefit include: CVS, Food Lion, Kroger, Walgreens and Walmart in both Georgia and South Carolina. This makes it even easier to save money!
Clover Health Members can still request over-the counter items through the Healthy Benefits Plus catalog online, with the mobile app or over the phone.
To order Clover Health OTC items over the phone; call 1-888-628-2770 (TTY 711). Live customer service representatives are available M-F from 9am until 8pm local time. The automated order system is available 24/7. Members need to have their member ID ready as well as their item number (found in the catalog) before placing the call.
Place an Online order by going to cvs.com/otchs/clover. Before you place your first order, you must create an online account. To have an order processed the same day; please place it by 11:59 pm EST.
To locate available OTC items in store; just look for the blue label. Please note the price listed in the catalog for these items. In store coupons cannot be applied to Healthy Benefits OTC orders.
Clover Health OTC members, Please note:
Due to the personal nature of OTC items, they may not be returned. If you either receive a defective or damaged item or you order has not arrived within 30 days after you place your order;
please call OTC Health Solutions at 1-888-628-2770 (TTY 711) to receive a replacement of the item/items.
